            Associate Minister to Adults,
            North Orange Christian Church  - 3/2006 - 3/2008

     Managed a multi-faceted program targeting specific groups based on age, gender and life-stage; developed program identities to market/promote each group.

     Created, communicated and implemented short and long-term program goals.

     Established priorities within each program and for promoting corporately.

     Developed and implemented budgets based on program goals and projected income.

     Served as senior level staff for planning and implementation of church direction and vision.

     Recruited, trained and equipped volunteers to staff adult programs.

     Created theme weekend retreats, recruited team, resourced talent and facilitated implementation.
